Mein Name ist Cora Post und meine Aufgabe ist es, die richtige Gastfamilie oder eine passende WG (Wohngemeinschaft) für Sie oder Ihre Freunde zu finden. Wir möchten allen unseren Kursteilnehmern somit die Chance geben, Berlin auf wirklich authentische Art und Weise kennen zu lernen.

Sprechen Sie mich gerne persönlich oder rufen Sie mich in unserem Büro an, um zu erfahren, welche Kurse wir anbieten.

Ein normaler Arbeitstag umfasst den regelmäßigen telefonischen oder elektronischen Kontakt mit den Gastgebern und den noch nicht angereisten Studenten als auch die Betreuung unserer Kunden in der Schule. In den Wochen von dem Sommer helfen mir meistens ein oder zwei Kolleginnen bei den dann verstärkt anfallenden Routinearbeiten. Rund ums Jahr koordiniere ich mich in meiner Arbeit immer mit meine Kollegin Gabi, die den Außendienst übernimmt und sowohl neu angebotene Gästezimmer ,,inspiziert" als auch breitsbekannte Zimmerangebote regelmäßig besucht.

Natürlich habe ich auch während der Arbeitszeit immer Zeit für ein kleines Schwätzchen (egal ob auf Deutsch, Englisch, Italienisch oder Französisch) mit den Studenten.

Then I will do my best to find the suitable accommodation for your stay.

My name is Cora Post and my job at IH Berlin PROLOG is to find the right host family or WG (shared living situation) for you or your clients and to give all of our students the chance to experience Berlin from a truly authentic point of view.

You can speak to me personally in the office or by telephone to discover what our courses have to offer.

While I’m working, I am in regular contact with our host families by telephone and email, as well as providing answers and information to you and our students. In the busy weeks leading up to the summer, I have one or two colleagues help me with the increase in my routine workload. Throughout the year I coordinate my tasks with my colleague, Gabi, who takes care of the field work: regularly inspecting new accommodation as well as our wide range of existing rooms and apartments.

And of course, I am always available to chat (in German, English, Italian and French) with students during my office hours. 

When I’m not working at PROLOG, I like to break out my camera and go discover unknown corners of Berlin. Once a year, I find the time to go back to my second home, Rome.
